The Firm is involved in review and finalization of bidding and tender documents including Request for Quotations (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and other model documents for the Infrastructure Sector, including the selection of technical, financial and legal consultants. The Team is also involved in preparing financing documents including documents for financial closure for Highway Projects, Conventional and Non-conventional Power Projects, and for projects in the Oil and Gas Sectors.
