Anjali has over 25 years’ experience as a professional lawyer advising and consulting with Banks, Financial Institutions, and large corporates. Well-known in Legal circles, she also has an excellent network across the corporate world.
Anjali started her career as a litigation lawyer and then moved to the corporate sector. She has advised and consulted on a range of matters including M&As, Private Equity (PE) Investments, Stressed Assets, Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), recovery matters, Industrial/Employee Relations, Corporate Governance, Real Estate Negotiations, etc.
Anjali worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, advising IFC Headquarters on local laws and regulations. She gained global experience in project financing, client negotiations, liaising with the Ministry of Finance, Reserve Bank of India and other Statutory and Regulatory authorities, external Solicitors and Counsel.
